Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. workaround remove python3-dmidecode
dnf remove python3-dmidecode

Note, testing on Fedora, it is not clear to me whether this package is available on rhel at this moment.
