This happened after a Fedora update. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Update Fedora. 2. Click the launcher to open Application Menu. 3. Notice SETTINGS is missing. Actual results: SETTINGS menu is missing. Expected results: SETTINGS menu shown. Additional info: None.

I guess this is just how KDE does it now, but why wouldn't SYSTEM SETTINGS be in the SYSTEM TOOLS folder now? That makes no sense.
