Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Bugs of Red Hat partners with an assigned Engineering Partner Manager (EPM) are migrated in late September as per pre-agreed dates. Bugs against components "kernel", "kernel-rt", and "kpatch" are only migrated if still in "NEW" or "ASSIGNED". If you cannot log in to RH Jira, please consult article #7032570. That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

guest-rhel-9.2.0-candidate tag

So the sources haven't changed, which I think is the only part I have any control over.  I don't know how the container is built from there (or who triggers it).

I mean, looking at https://brewweb.engineering.redhat.com/brew/buildinfo?buildID=2277379 it's clear that it's pulling from a RHEL 9.2 repo (yum_repourls': ['http://download.eng.bos.redhat.com/odcs/prod/odcs-1627621/work/global/tmp-BaseOS/image-container-BaseOS-1.repo']} -> http://download.eng.bos.redhat.com/odcs/prod/odcs-1627621/compose/BaseOS/$basearch/images/rhel-guest-image-9.2-9.2.0.20221124.3.$basearch.qcow2) and as far as I know that comes in through a build-time argument (https://src.osci.redhat.com/containers/rhel-guest-image/blob/rhel-9.1.0/f/README.md).

So whichever process is starting the build seems to be pointing a 9.1 build to a 9.2 container repo URL.

Updated the RHEL 9.2.0 branch version label and pointed to the beta sources with product ID 486: https://src.osci.redhat.com/containers/rhel-guest-image/pull-request/10

The RHEL 9.1.0 branch uses product ID 479 (GA), which should be correct.

  Your patch looks good but it's not merged, not sure if it's a RHEL pagure issue, also not sure whether it would be synced back to dist-git even it's merged.
