we saw similar issue upstream - added https://bugs.launchpad.net/tripleo/+bug/1990012 to trackers

should be easy fix at https://review.rdoproject.org/r/c/config/+/45865 "Add task to generate hash_info with distro override - dlrn-report"

the main problem is that is a config repo so we cannot test speculatively. it needs to merge first :/
