IBM Exteranl Dev Preview

Description of problem (please be detailed as possible and provide log
snippests):
ODF Console, IBM FlashSystem Storage on External mode ODF4.12 is not "Dev Preview"

Version of all relevant components (if applicable):
ODF Version: 4.12.0-86
OCP Version: 4.12.0-0.nightly-2022-10-25-210451
Provider: Vmware

Does this issue impact your ability to continue to work with the product
(please explain in detail what is the user impact)?
ODF Console, IBM FlashSystem Storage on External mode ODF4.12 with "Dev Preview" label.  
However IBM FlashSystem Storage on External mode is not on "Dev Preview" state on ODF4.12.
We need to delete the label form ODF console. 

Is there any workaround available to the best of your knowledge?

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Deploy OCP Cluster 4.12.0-0.nightly-2022-10-25-210451
2.Enable CatalogSource [4.12.0-86]
