Description of problem:
user cant reach vm details page, error screenshot is added

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. navigate to Virtualization -> VirtualMachines and select any VM OR if not existing create one, once created it should move you to vm details page but it gets an error

Actual results:
error when clicking any VM

Expected results:
view vm details page

Additional info:
using the useLastNamespace hook from console SDK is not working properly for non-admin users
