Description of problem:
The UI may fail to reload when editing a hook

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.7.5

How reproducible:
internmittent

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Begin editing a hook
2. Disable your network connection
3. Submit the Hook

Actual results:
The page hook will fail to update as expected, however after restoring the network connection the page will fail to reload until the cache is cleared.

Expected results:
The page doesn't get stuck loading.
