Red Hat Satellite engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on Satellite to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Searchbar disappears when trying to select a bookmark as user without bookmark permissions
If a user does not have some bookmark permissions but tries to use the bookmarks next to the searchbar the searchbar simply disappers. When looking into the browser's developer tools you the a javascript error in the DropdownMenu.js.

Steps to Reproduce:
To reproduce simple add a user and give it the role "Viewer", log in as or impersonate to the user, navigate to the host overview and click on the bookmark symbol on the end of the searchbar.
To verify it has to do with permissions add the role "Bookmark Manager" to the user and it will start to work.

Verified according to reproducer in comment 0.
User with role Viewer can work with bookmarks and the search bar is present and works correctly. No errors are thrown in the browser console.
