Description of problem:
QT version too old in nextcloud-client build.
[s2:: ~ ]:$ dnf --enablerepo='epel' install nextcloud-client
Last metadata expiration check: 0:01:49 ago on Mon 14 Nov 2022 07:43:26 PM CET.
Error: 
 Problem: cannot install the best candidate for the job
  - nothing provides libQt5Gui.so.5(Qt_5.15.2_PRIVATE_API)(64bit) needed by nextcloud-client-3.2.4-3.el8.aarch64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)

RH8.7 have new Qt 5.15.3 version. Current package is build 5.15.2.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Red Hat 8.7 and nextcloud-client

How reproducible:
Just have RH8.7 updated to the latest version and try to install nextcloud-client

Steps to Reproduce:
1. dnf update
2. dnf --enablerepo='epel' install nextcloud-client

Actual results:
nothing provides libQt5Gui.so.5(Qt_5.15.2_PRIVATE_API)(64bit) needed by nextcloud-client-3.2.4-3.el8.aarch64

Expected results:
Installed package.

Additional info:
As a result, many RH8.6 installations cannot be upgraded to RH8.7 with the nextcloud-client package.

+1 . This is also now an issue with RHEL/Rocky Linux 9.

+1 . Same problem here: many RockyLinux 8.6 installations cannot be upgraded to RockyLinux 8.7
