Description of problem: During Phase 3 for RHOS-16.2-RHEL-8-20221111.n.1 the health check for tripleo_glance_api_cron failed. This passed in Phase 3 run for RHOS-16.2-RHEL-8-20221104.n.0 and all runs before that.

The job executes the following command to find the failed health check:

sudo systemctl list-units --failed --plain --no-legend --no-pager |grep "healthcheck.service"
tripleo_glance_api_cron_healthcheck.service loaded failed failed glance_api_cron healthcheck


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): RHOS-16.2-RHEL-8-20221111.n.1


How reproducible: Every time


Steps to Reproduce:
1. From undercloud execute command: sudo systemctl list-units --failed --plain --no-legend --no-pager |grep "healthcheck.service"

Actual results: Health check for tripleo_glance_api_cron fails.


Expected results: Health check for tripleo_glance_api_cron is successful.
