Description of problem:
As described in summary: knot-resolver-module-http fails to install due to the lack of lua5.1-mmdb.

knot-resolver-module-http-5.5.3-1.el9.x86_64

How reproducible:
Each time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enable EPEL
2. Install knot-resolver-module-http
3.

Actual results:
Error: 
 Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides lua5.1-mmdb needed by knot-resolver-module-http-5.5.3-1.el9.x86_64
(try to add '--skip-broken' to skip uninstallable packages or '--nobest' to use not only best candidate packages)

Expected results:
Successful installation.
