Description of problem:
It is not possible to override the velero image using the velero_image_fqin parameter in the MigrationController CR

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.7.5

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Push a custom velero image
2. Add the fqin to the image in spec.velero_image_fqin in the MigrationController CR

Actual results:
The old image continues running

Expected results:
An updated image should be used
