Description of problem: When pressing the suspend button, while logged into Fedora 37 OS, the computer does not properly suspend, leaving the screen(s) off but the computer noticeable on. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): How reproducible: Always: the issue is observed each time. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Login to Fedora OS. 2.Press the wifi/audio volume/power icon button on the top right. 3.Press power icon 4.Press suspend. Actual results: Computer Screen turns off and computer does not suspend. Expected results: Computer Suspends. Additional info: Occurs on Desktop computer.
I don't believe this has anything to do with the sound-output-device-chooser extension. Since you didn't even mention the extension, it seems you just selected the wrong component when filing this bug. I'm moving it over to gnome-shell.
