Description of problem:
After upgrade to sendmail package from Fedora 37 AUTH options are no longer offered when connecting to SMTP service. Downgrade of sendmail to Fedora 36 version fixes the problem.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
8.17.1-6.fc37

How reproducible:
By connecting to port 25 or 587. AUTH is no longer here.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Configure sendmail to support authentication.
2. Connect to port 25.
3. Authentication is not offered.

Actual results:
Authentication os not offered.

Expected results:
Authentication is offered.
