Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
MTC 1.7.6

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install MTC operator
2. Create a project to migrate in the source cluster
3. Go to mtc console, and create a new migration plan to migrate the created project.
4. Once the migplan is ready, Click on the "1" under "Namespaces" column to navigate to the Namespaces Page.

Actual results: The UI stucks in loading phase

Expected results: The UI should display the namespace details.
