Description of problem:

super key and special keys not being passed into VMs and remote systems, making them very difficult to interact with.

Addressed by MR https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/merge_requests/2548.

Since this is tagged for gnome 44, could this MR be back ported into F37 packages urgently.
