Description of problem:
dnf-4.14.0-1.fc36.noarch fails to access HTTP/2 sites previously accessible in Fedora 36

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I'd rather not disclose our private repo URL, But it's a curl issue
2. Follow steps in https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2144277

Actual results:
Errors during downloading metadata for repository '...':
  - Curl error (92): Stream error in the HTTP/2 framing layer for https://.../fedora/37/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml [HTTP/2 stream 0 was not closed cleanly: PROTOCOL_ERROR (err 1)]

This appears to be a problem in curl not dnf.

Closing as duplicate of the mentioned curl bz.
