This package is being added to RHEL 8.8 at the next minor release. Please remove it from epel after the next RHEL minor release.

I have verified that tpm2-pkcs11 is in RHEL 8.8
I have ran the fedpkg retire for tpm2-pkcs11 on epel8.
I will close this ticket when it is no longer in epel8
