That will need to be fixed upstream, seems it's tried to symlink to a directory or something. Will deal.

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 38 development cycle. Changing version to 38.
I just stumbled over that issue during the recommended cleanup after updating to F37. Issue also present in: linux-firmware-20230310-148.fc37.noarch.
