Description of problem:

Changes in /etc/smartd.conf are overwritten when the system or the smart daemon
is restarted.

How reproducible:



Steps to Reproduce:
1. Make some changes in /etc/smartd.conf
2. Restart system or do "/etc/init.d/smartd restart"
3. 
  
Actual results:

/etc/smartd.conf is overwritten with default configuration

Expected results:

changes should not be overwritten
