Description of problem:

All files and directories under %{_defaultdocdir}/qt4-qsa-devel-1.2.1 have 
permission 0644. This is an error in the spec files:

%files devel
%defattr(0644,root,root)   
%{qtinc}/*
%{qtlib}/libqsa.so
%{qtdir}/mkspecs/features/qsa.prf
%doc examples
%doc doc/html

The %defattr is not correct for directories. It should be:
  %defattr(0644,root,root,0755)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
  qt4-qsa-1.2.1-16.fc5
I have verified that the spec file for fc6 and devel have the same problem.
