Package python-earthpy fails to build from source in Fedora Rawhide (and all other branches).

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
0.9.4-4.fc37

Steps to Reproduce:
koji build --scratch f38 python-earthpy-0.9.4-4.fc37.src.rpm
