Description of problem:
The help text of items in DataSource details page includes incorrect url link

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v4.12.0

How reproducible:


Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit the details page of a dataSource
2. click one of the items, like name/namespace/lables
3. click the http link in the popover text

Actual results:
it does not open the link correctly

Note that the same problem also occurs in VirtualMachine's Details.
However, the Template's Details help text links work as expected.

verified the problem on dataSource details tab and VM details tab
