Description of problem:

Our kernel source has a broken link for bridge documentation:

The referenced site is a 404:
https://www.linuxfoundation.org/collaborate/workgroups/networking/bridge

Same problem upstream:
https://github.com/torvalds/linux/blob/master/Documentation/networking/bridge.rst

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
RHEL 8 and RHEL 9

How reproducible:
Always, check the link.
