Restoring to new vm with instancetype and preferences not creating new ControllerRevisions

How reproducible:
100% (test case consistently failing)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Run https://main-jenkins-csb-cnvqe.apps.ocp-c1.prod.psi.redhat.com/job/test-kubevirt-cnv-4.12-storage-ocs/108/testReport/%28root%29/Tests%20Suite/_sig_storage__VirtualMachineRestore_Tests_With_simple_VM_with_instancetype_and_preferences_should_create_new_ControllerRevisions_for_newly_restored_VM/

Actual results:
Test fails

Expected results:
Test passes

Reassigning this to the Infrastructure component as it appears to be about instance types. Please feel free to change this if that seems incorrect.
