rpmlint doesn't like Summary ending with a dot. According to the Python Packaging Guidelines the tests should run, and if not possible, at least import check must run. This is currently impossible as jupyter-server isn't available in Fedora and it depends on this package. We've talked about it and concluded the tests will be enabled as soon as the rest of the dependencies are packaged. Tests no longer depend on pytest-tornasync, so the comment in %check is moot.
