Description of problem:

Package in Fedora-Extras does not install any binary for gpsd.

How reproducible:

Tested on one machine, i386.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install gpsd from Fedora-Extras
2. Not find gpsd in /bin or /usr/bin
  
Actual results:

Completely FUBAR.

Expected results:

working gpsd binary

The gpsd binary is a daemon, and as such is installed in the /usr/sbin
directory.  Clients for gpsd are in the gpsd-clients rpm.
