Description of problem: Sysprep section in scripts tab is missing

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): kubevirt-hyperconverged-operator.4.12.0-755



How reproducible: 100%


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Windows VM
2. Open Scripts tab
3.

Actual results: "Cloud-init" and "Authorized SSH Key" sections are shown.



Expected results: "Cloud-init", "Authorized SSH Key" and "Sysprep" sections are shown.

Sysprep is saved as a disk which can be seen in vm disks tab, not sure if it's the reason that sysprep is not been added to vm scripts tab. But editing the sysprep disk cannot modify the answer file, UI should keep the vm scripts tab consistent before and after the VM is created.
