This is clearly not a regression since it has been around since 6.0.  And based on Junior's previous comment, it also looks like it is not easy reproducible.  This should not be a blocker for 7.1. As such I am retargeting this to 7.1 z1.  If there is a disagreement, please raise this issue at the next program meeting.
