Description of problem:
"No available boot source" shows while creating VM from upload image

the error is:
datavolumes.cdi.kubevirt.io "rhel7-67khnqa8ccemg6k1" not found

The issue should be caused by dataVolume GC feature.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
v4.12.0

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a vm via upload image
2. wait for the upload finished
3. click "Create VirtualMachine" button on next page
4. click "Create with no available boot source"

Actual results:
"No available boot source" shows at step3
error shows at step4:
datavolumes.cdi.kubevirt.io "rhel7-67khnqa8ccemg6k1" not found

Expected results:
The VM is created without errors
