How reproducible:

Every time

Steps to Reproduce:

Seems not quite as reproducible as I thought. The above was after a reboot following the upgrade. Subsequently I logged out then back in, and the chooser showed up again. Another reboot later and it's still showing up as expected.

Then to exercise it some more, I rebooted. Chooser still shows up.

Then I actually started an app with sound output (music player). Sound works ok, but once I use the quick settings chooser once, after the sound output is changed the chooser disappears again.

I had previously used it fairly frequently and never encountered this issue.

The dnf upgrade that introduced this regression was:

Command Line : --refresh up --setopt=fastestmirror=true

@dimitris Can you please go ahead and report this to upstream gitlab here: https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/issues ? This way, it'll get more attention, thanks!
