Description Roman Safronov 2022-12-14 11:28:56 UTC
Description of problem:
At this moment creation of validation workload is enabled by default and in some cases it can cause issues, e.g. when FIP network does not have spare addresses etc.
Customers are using their own workloads, so creation of this workload by default is redundant.
We need to backport this upstream patch https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/neutron/+/834952
