Checkbox to select between services exposed for ssh connection with ClusterIP and Loadbalancer

Provide a checkbox it select from which service to expose the port for ssh connection. 

4. Why does the customer need this? (List the business requirements here)
The OCP CNV console VM creation wizard features a checkbox that allows VM exposure via ssh with a service using nodeport. 

5. How would the customer like to achieve this? (List the functional requirements here)
It would be good to have this section extended to allow the same functionality with service type loadbalancer.

Yes

7. Is there already an existing RFE upstream or in Red Hat Bugzilla?
No but similar functionality from cli was discussed: 

 Can't ssh to a VM which service is exposed as ClusterIP or LoadBalancer

ASAP
