Description of problem:
BIND 9.18 introduced some support for encrypted channel, it does not include forwarding of queries over

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. man named.conf
2. Search for tls parameters for forwarders statement
3.

Actual results:
Nothing present.

Expected results:
Query forwarding is documented and actually works when configured.

Additional info:

It is not yet present even in development version, a feature is tracked in MR #7199 [1].
