Doc Text:	With this update, operators have the ability to configure the number of metadata agent workers using the `NeutronMetadataWorkers` parameter in the THT. Each OVN metadata agent worker creates a connection to the OVN southbound database. For optimal scaling, it is good practice to set the worker count to 1 to avoid overloading the database.
