It's not possible to rebuild python-pynn. The build hangs in the test suite: “ + PYTHONDONTWRITEBYTECODE=1 + /usr/bin/python3 -sP /usr/lib/rpm/redhat/import_all_modules.py pyNN pyNN.nest pyNN.neuron pyNN.brian2 Check import: pyNN Check import: pyNN.nest ” Seen with dist-git commit cd64a2bf96cc3bb7d18887f8dbe5cb3a659bd135, python-pynn-0.10.0-6.fc38.
According to the following scratch build, this is not a problem on other architectures (s390x is already excluded): $ fedpkg scratch-build --arches x86_64 aarch64 ppc64le https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=95616326 According to https://pagure.io/leafdrop/, this is a leaf package. Given that, and https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/EncourageI686LeafRemoval, let’s just drop i686. I’ll prepare a PR.
