Description of problem:
With the latest ark-kernel 6.2.0-0.rc0.6feb57c2fd7c.9.test.fc38.aarch64, vmcore is dumped successfully. However, with such dumpfiles, crash can fail to start session with an error like this:
    
      # crash vmlinux dumpfile
      ...
      crash: page excluded: kernel virtual address: ffff8fa047ac2fe8 type: "xa_node shift"

This bug appears to have been reported against 'rawhide' during the Fedora Linux 38 development cycle.
Changing version to 38.
