A patch to fix this issue

Description of problem:

A Crash bug with fill tool was reported and fixed.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

0.9.28

How reproducible:

Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Tux Paint
2. Select brush fill tool
3. Drag to the top or bottom of the canvas.

Actual results:

Application crashes

Expected results:

Application does not crash

Attached patch fixes this bug and another problem that the application appears jagged/pixelated in fullscreen.
