Description of problem:
In python3, import sipconfig,
the _default_macros in sipconfig.py shows an invalid LFLAGS

It contains "-Wl,-dT,/builddir/build/BUILD/sip-4.19.25/.package_note-sip-4.19.25-5.fc37.x86_64.ld"

If use sipconfig's _default_macros to generate project's LDFLAGS, this parameter makes linking process fail.
