Description of problem:
The version in the Fedora repo doesn't support EFI systems

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
memtest86+-5.31-0.7.beta.fc37.x86_64

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. # dnf install memtest86+ # on an EFI system
2. # memtest-setup # as root

Actual results:
# memtest-setup 
ERROR: memtest86+ does not support EFI platforms.

Expected results:
running the above works

Additional info:
The new version 6.00 supports EFI, the homepage says:

Memtest86+ can be loaded and run either directly by a PC BIOS (legacy or UEFI) or via an intermediate bootloader that supports the Linux 16-bit, 32-bit, 64-bit, or EFI handover boot protocol.
