Description of problem:
Parameter virtioContainerDiskName in windows10-installer pipeline contains default value quay.io/kubevirt/virtio-container-disk@sha256:3e88b9bde8792ba21d6cdaad70c79d5e9b339ef676402e932c6fcc2bda100d04.
In d/s pipeline should point to newest d/s version of virtio-container-disk

Steps to Reproduce:
1.See default value of virtioContainerDiskName parameter in windows10-installer pipeline in d/s
2.

Actual results:
the default value points to u/s container

Expected results:
The default value of virtioContainerDiskName parameter should point to newest d/s virtio-container-disk container
