Verified on Satellite 6.13 - Snap 8 

Steps to Verify:
1) Import a manifest.
2) Attempt to enable the following:
    Red Hat Satellite Tools 6.8 for RHEL 8 x86_64 RPMs
    Red Hat Satellite Tools 6.5 for RHEL 8 x86_64 RPMs
    Red Hat Satellite Tools 6.9 for RHEL 8 x86_64 RPMs
    Red Hat Satellite Tools 6.10 for RHEL 8 x86_64 RPMs

Expected Results:
Repos can be enabled and synced with no issue.

Actual Results:
Repos can be enabled and synced with no issue.

Verification statement was mistyped above, this was actually verified on 6.12.2 Snap 1
