This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Xwayland upstream is at version 22.1 and will someday be 23.1, whereas we still ship 21.1 in Red Hat Enterprise Linux 9.

Newer versions of Xwayland require libxcvt (bug #2099514) that we have now in el9 and a recent version of wayland-protocols (bug #2149338) that we also have -at this time of writing-.
