[RFE} RBD over NVMe-OF
Provide a new management layer via a new ceph-nvmeof daemon that coordinates the configuration of NVMeOF targets (e.g. SPDK's nvmef) across multiple nodes.
No kernel dependency is expected. SPDK-based code
