Description of problem: Since https://commits.webkit.org/257515@main, WebKitGTK fails to build with LTO enabled. The error message is: "lto1: fatal error: missing resolution data for _ZTVN7WebCore17SpeechRecognitionE" and the upstream bug report is https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=249368. Note that the commit that broke the build has nothing whatsoever to do with the speech recognition code that is missing resolution data. Normally when reporting a GCC bug, I would try to provide complete preprocessed source that you can use as a reproducer. But for an LTO bug like this, that's not going to be sufficient to reproduce the problem. In fact, this error does not occur when compiling any particular source file, but when linking.
