The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:

[RFE] sssctl analyze request list should display a msg if debug is not enabled 

Currently, `sssctl analyze request list` returns nothing if sssd debugging is not enabled. 

[root@adjoin sssd-test]# sssctl analyze request list
[root@adjoin sssd-test]# 

It should give a msg something like 'enable sssd debugging under the [nss] section in order to view the list of request'

Take a note that `sssctl analyze` works with a given set of logs. Current content of `sssd.conf` might not match config used to capture logs being analyzed.

It could be possible to parse "Starting with debug level ..." log message, but not sure if it really worth.

We discussed this at triage meeting and conclusion was: `sssctl analyze`could hint something like "check debug level" simply if nothing was found (unconditionally, no checks of sssd.conf or "Starting with debug level ..." log lines).
