Description Sergio Pascual 2023-01-16 12:08:18 UTC
Description of problem:
The service does not start

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
2.10.2-2

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. systemctl start nsca.service
2.
3.

Actual results:
Failed to start nsca.service

Expected results:
Service starts

Additional info:
The service file has ExecStart=/usr/bin/nsca but the binary is in /usr/sbin/nsca

As a workaround, I have just created a symlink and the service starts

Comment 1 Jordan Williams 2023-02-04 04:08:20 UTC
Yeah, I can confirm this behavior on Fedora IoT 37. The binary is actually in /usr/sbin/nsca but the service is trying to run /usr/bin/nsca. I'll have to edit the service file since I can't actually touch /usr/bin.
