Please remove the check of appearance of versioned 'perl(MODULE_COMPAT_XXX)'. It is not needed now, because of Fedora proposal https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Perl_replace_MODULE_COMPAT_by_generator The check is not needed for any Fedora and EPEL releases.
