'journalctl --no-hostname -k' and 'rpm-ostree status'

1. Please describe the problem:

I updated and the system hangs seamingly (after reboot) forever while booting.
(I am on silverblue 37)

P.S after a while I forced shut downed and rolled back in grub.

2. What is the Version-Release number of the kernel:

6.1.5-200.fc37

3. Did it work previously in Fedora? If so, what kernel version did the issue
*first* appear? Old kernels are available for download at
   https://koji.fedoraproject.org/koji/packageinfo?packageID=8 :

6.1.5-200.fc37

4. Can you reproduce this issue? If so, please provide the steps to reproduce
   the issue below:

To reproduce it, I rolled back my system (rpm-ostree rollback) after booting last image (pre update) and then reupdated (gui app store) followed by a reboot and then it hangs at a blank terminal screen with a frozen "_" at the top left.

5. Does this problem occur with the latest Rawhide kernel? To install the
Rawhide kernel, run ``sudo dnf install fedora-repos-rawhide`` followed by
   ``sudo dnf update --enablerepo=rawhide kernel``:

Kernal swap is a pain on silverblue

6. Are you running any modules that not shipped with directly Fedora's kernel?:

Nvidia

below are the other packages included in the update:
glibc 2.36-9.fc37
glibc-all-langpacks 2.36-9.fc37
glibc-common 2.36-9.fc37
glibc-devel 2.36-9.fc37
glibc-gconv-extra 2.36-9.fc37
glibc-headers-x86 2.36-9.fc37
glibc-langpacks-en 2.36-9.fc37
kernel 6.1.5-200.fc37
kernel-core 6.1.5-200.fc37
kernel-devel 6.1.5-200.fc37
kernel-devel-matched 6.1.5-200.fc37
kernel-modules 6.1.5-200.fc37
kernel-modules-extra 6.1.5-200.fc37
poppler 22.08.0-3.fc37
poppler-cpp 22.08.0-3.fc37
poppler-glib 22.08.0-3.fc37
poppler-utils 22.08.0-3.fc37

I have uploaded the output of 'rpm-ostree status' aswell as 'journalctl --no-hostname -k' output, also ignore the 'BLOCKED' part I am not sure if that is sensitive or not so I removed it.
