Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Description of problem:
Several build flags are missing from zip, causing it to miss several features.

3.0-33.el9.x86_64

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. zip -Zb file.zip file.txt

Actual results:
zip error: Not supported (Compression method bzip2 not enabled)

Expected results:
A ZIP file should be created

Additional info:
More options are missing, most notably large file and zip64 support for large files and Unicode support to properly encode file names.

zip --version on RHEL 9 (zip-3.0-33.el9.x86_64) says:

Thank you for the report. This regression seems to be introduced in the last commit. I will take a closer look at it.
